SOVA Bistrot is a modern European bistro with a warm atmosphere, thoughtful interior, and cuisine where simplicity meets sophistication.
We create a space you'll want to return to for breakfast, lunch, or a long dinner.

The SOVA menu is based on a simple idea: take the best of what's available and leave it untouched. We work with seasonal produce, hand-select suppliers, and update the menu several times a year not to follow trends, but because summer tomatoes and winter tomatoes are two different products and should be treated differently.

Every detail matters. We thought about every element of the space from the way the light falls on the table to the music played at different times of the evening. SOVA's interior is warm but not overwhelming. Cozy enough to relax. Beautiful enough to be photographed.
