After years of working closely with founders, executives, and investors across the global tech and fintech landscape - from scaling sales and navigating M&A, to building partnerships and expanding into new markets, I came to realise something deeper:

Today, I work as a coach for people in these very industries - founders, leaders, operators, and teams - helping them reconnect with what truly matters.
Not just the next deal, the next role, or the next market, but the deeper questions that fuel real growth:

• What kind of life and work do I actually want?
• How do I show up — for myself, my team, my vision?

I believe that we already carry the answers we seek — we just need space to listen.
